The summer event at Rathwood Furniture Store. Rathwood has made coming to their store a family outing. On the grounds they have a beautiful cafe overlooking a playground with chicken coupe. You can go for a stroll and see deer, sheep, goats and other animals on the farm or a walk through the woods or try your luck at the Ireland Maze and try to find all 36 counties. Which we did but is not easy!
Caroline and I took the kids we had a beautiful day, better than I imagined. First they had games set up for the kids to play. Then we met momma bear and papa bear but where was baby bear? He went missing so we had to go on a bear hunt. But while we were looking for him we stopped at the bear factory and all the kids got to make a bear. Then we continued the hunt and hopped on the train and found baby bear near the maze. We rode the train into the wood and to the pond to feed the geese and ducks. Then we enjoyed a lovely picnic with the bears. I was very impressed with the event.
