Happy Halloween! Declan loves superheroes and his cousin Dan gave him an Incredible Hulk costume that he fit into this year. Declan had been showing off his muscles lately so it worked out perfectly and he was so psyched to have green hair! Rory was a pirate, Arrrrgh! The Cutest Pirate out there! We went to a pumpkin patch at a local church, the Harvest Fest and Trick or Treating! It was a great week with all the festivities!
Ireland was amazing, we had so much fun spending time with family. It was Rory's first time over and happy to say he's invited back! We met two new cousins, Caiomhe and Sive. We celebrated Donal's parents 50th Wedding Anniversary! Rory was christened. Donal and I got to spend a night in Castle Durrow without kids! I went canoeing. Spent some time in the pubs. And Rory tasted his first Guinness.....It was a packed two weeks and it flew by as always. Can't wait to be back!
Declan and Rory had a well visit at the doctor last week. Rory was almost 17 mos old and Declan is just shy of 3 1/2 years old. When the pediatrician walked in, she took one look at Rory and said you have a rugby player on your hands! Declan weighs 34 lbs (54 percentile) and is 41 1/2 inches (95 percentile) and Rory weighs 32 lbs 12 oz (95 percentile) and is 33 1/2 inches (99 percentile). They are two years and two pounds apart- oh my! Both are thriving and enjoying each other. Rory is saying lots of words and Declan is in the "asking why" stage. He "whys" everything lately!
a little yoga...
building towers....
Wagon rides...
the annoying little brother...
The next few videos are of Rory playing nothing exciting but a few I wanted to be able to look back on and remember how he played a this age....
Kiera is Donal's friend Mark's daughter, and she is visiting from NY. We got to spend a few afternoons with her and enjoyed every minute of it (She is a half blood like Declan! Mark is from Roscommon).
