Christmas 2018

Christmas in Ireland is lovely, cooler weather, the fire lit, curled up with extra blankets and dark evenings just puts you in the spirit! And the fact that we get to chop down our own tree is pretty awasome- Donal Bundy!

This year Declan asked Santa for an Ipad and Rory asked for a robot dog. I guess they have been really good because they both got what they asked for.

Donal and I took the boys to an incredible dinosaur robotics show in Dublin for a special treat over the holiday too!

The boys sang christmas Carrols at Sunday mass.... Can't see Declan is the sea of kids, he was behind the guitarist.

Dinosaur Robotic show was amazing, and informative, I learned so much!  But most of was awesome so much better than what the pictures could capture......

3 years in a row, Declan is a skeleton! Look back two years, I'm not kidding. Rory chose the army outfit from our dress up clothes stash. Another frugal year of costumes, I love it! And they still get loads of candy!

Rory's first day of National School

Rory's first day of school. Rory is a junior infant at Newtown Dunleckney National School 2018/2019. He has the same teacher, Ms. Curran, as Declan and daddy did! School started back on Thursday so only junior infants had to wear the school uniform. Thursday and Friday is track suit day and this is what you see Declan wearing,
