St. Marks Annual Fair

Last weekend Declan and I and a couple of his friends went to a church fair. It was so much fun, they bounced in the bounce house, got up close with the animals in the petting zoo, went on pony rides and rode the train.

The train was Declan's favorite part. You wouldn't think it by the look on his face, but he did not want to get off. There were weight restrictions so only one parent could ride the train at a time. So Declan went with our two friends and me, for a total of 3 times in a row. It was the funniest thing. And as most of you know Declan is still very attached to me so I was pleasantly surprised when he had no problem leaving me behind at the station.

The Best Train Ride Ever!

Declan graduates from mini mudskippers

Declan is now in beginning mudskippers. It's quite the accomplishment because mommy nor daddy need to be in the pool with him during lessons anymore. We just sit back and relax from the side of the pool. He is in a class with three other kids and one instructor, and doing really well. I will get more video but I have a short clip to share so far.

We recently moved into a house so we've been pretty busy with the whole process, hence the break in blogging. But I'm back in business. The following are two videos that I just thought are super cute and funny! Coming soon pics and videos at the new house.


This first one you will notice Declan is having an eating contest with himself and I think he wins! You will also hear him say "cheese" several times, when I have the phone pointing at him he thinks I'm taking a picture.

I lost my curls

Declan's new hair cut. 

It took me two weeks to get used to it and I am finally ready to post it! I was taking Declan for a haircut every month, it was not only annoying since it's not right around the corner but also getting costly. I decided to let them cut it short. I didn't realize the curls were gonna ALL be cut off. I still miss the curls, but its kinda growing back wavy so it may not be the end of them.
