Fun at the Dome

The Funderdome is an indoor playground that opened up on our side of town last August. They have a toddler area for the kiddies and big slides, basketball hoops, ball guns and obstacle courses for older children. Declan will be enjoying this spot for years to come. And it will be great to escape to on our hot summer days!

BBQ with Great Uncle John and Aunt Kathy

Today Declan met his great uncle John and aunt Kathy. They traveled down from Chicago to see their son Andrew and of course for the escape to warm weather. We had another beautiful day in sunny South Florida, just the kind of winter I like! Uncle Rick and aunt Kelley joined us for the day too! We had a wonderful afternoon...

Donal sparked up the grill, and with a little help from Declan, flipped some burgers, kabobs, corn on the cob and portabellos for lunch. And then we enjoyed some delicious homemade key lime pie (limes from the Florida Keys that is)  and girl scout cookies (it's that time of year)!!

Happy 10 month Birthday!

Declan is 10 months today and it was our first day at a new baby class at "Amanda's Place." The class is for 3-12 months young babies. We will be going on Mondays and Wednesdays. His good buddy Coleman is in the class, as well as his friend Haylyn from the baby rocks and baby rolls class from last semester at nova. Declan was taking it all in, looks like we are going to have a lot of fun! Here is a video of him exploring the tree house.

Fun with Emma Foley

Today we met Emma Rose (13 months). Emma's dada Noel is one of Donal's long time friends from Ireland, they moved over to America together back in the day. Noel and his wife Toni live in New Jersey now and came down for a little sunshine. We had a wonderful day... we went for lunch, had fun with bubbles and played in the sand.

We've had beautiful weather in the New Year and have spent a lot of time outside in the parks.

Here's a day with Uncle Rick having fun with bubbles. Declan got a candy cane bubble wand for Christmas that makes big beautiful bubbles, and they smell like peppermint too!

Brody's Bday Bash

 Today we celebrated Brody's 3rd Birthday at Bayview Park! Declan got to hang out with some of his pals. It was a beautiful day, no better place to be than the park with great friends.
